Using this website

Demo, quotes, and commercial conversations
Any demo, quote, timeline, migration estimate, or customization discussion is preliminary until both sides confirm the commercial scope in writing. Public website content does not replace a signed order, license, hosting agreement, statement of work, or support agreement.
Source code licensing
Afftrix may be offered as a source code license. Your permitted use, number of deployments, modification rights, resale restrictions, update access, and support rights depend on the final license agreement.
Managed hosting and custom delivery
Managed private cloud, migration, custom modules, integrations, and technical handover are scoped services. Delivery timing, responsibilities, infrastructure, access, backups, monitoring, and acceptance criteria should be defined before work begins.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate project context, lawful business use, required advertiser or affiliate permissions, infrastructure access when needed, and timely review of deliverables or migration data.
Intellectual property and restrictions
Afftrix branding, website content, design assets, documentation, and software remain protected unless transferred or licensed in writing. Do not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute private materials outside the agreed license scope.
No guarantee from public content alone
Marketing pages describe product direction and available capabilities at a high level. A specific feature, integration, hosting setup, migration result, or commercial outcome is only committed when it appears in the agreed scope.
